Home: This menu option provides valuable configuration options to customize your Software Support Online (SSO) screens and the transmission of service requests. This menu also provides quick access to the pre-login page (welcome) and the post-login page (My Support) in the first two options (Welcome and My Support). The Edit Profile option provides access to a personal information repository to always enter information in advance of your service needs. The next option, My Permissions, allows the user to register active contracts to set permissions on the site for knowledge, service requests, and other domains.
The Configuration Items option allows you to register installed product environments for simple reference when executing service requests. The email notification option allows custom notification settings for service requests. The “Survey Settings” function is used to control survey invitations after service requests have ended. With the last option on the list, the user can unsubscribe. The My Products Portlet displays a list of all products returned by the user.
